I’ve worked 24 years as a mortgage loan officer. I specialize in Physician loans. I also specialize in Private client loans, luxury home financing , construction loans, and loans for self-employed borrowers. I specialize in individualizing each loan for each customer. I enjoy working with each person and each individual situation. I enjoy getting people into their new homes as well as working on refinance transactions as folks restructure their situation. I have a passion for lending, as it is very rewarding to me. Each person has a story and each story is different. It is happy and joyous to see each person have a success at the end whether the success is an outcome of a new purchase or the success is a reduction of an interest rate or combining a debt load. The home is a place to be happy, a calming space, or an entertaining space however, you view your space. A home is also an investment as another opportunity to build additional wealth.
